Comments: One of the biggest challenges that parents face today is getting their children on the path of healthy eating from an early age. We have television and other forms of influence to thank for the plethora of poor food choices that are so widely consumed. But if you can get those habits ingrained into their lifestyle for those first several critical years, you stand a much better chance of a healthy adult. We hear parents all the time calling to inquire about nutritional support for their kids, because "they are such picky eaters". It's not a matter so much of being a picky eater as it is instilling discipline and rules. Remember the generations ago when you heard, "you're not leaving the table until you finish your vegetables!" How lucky many of us were to be forced to finish the healthy foods back then. What has happen to us? parents become too influenced by the fast food and easy prepared foods that we've killed our own taste buds and now our children?
